Sandwiches are less exciting but substantial, but hopefully the day's menu will include the French dip of roasted sirloin, sliced thin on grilled Cuban bread. Yucatan chicken skewers are served with a mango relish and cilantro drizzle. Even salads are inventive, including blackened salmon. Appetizers include calamari (almost a Florida staple), shrimp, mussels, vegetables and oyster stew. The menu changes from time to time, and the new items are always a little different from the Florida standard.
